We seek an organized professional capable of contributing to the efficiency and smooth operation of our administrative activities. Responsibilities: * Perform various administrative tasks, such as updating spreadsheets, document control, filing, and digitizing information; * Control and submit invoices for payment; * Provide service to internal and external customers, promptly and courteously addressing inquiries and resolving issues; * And other administrative tasks. Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative roles will be considered an advantage; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Ability to analyze and interpret data; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and meet established deadlines; * Proactivity and attention to detail.
