Support throughout all field operation stages **Description:** We seek a professional willing to learn and grow in the Telecommunications field to work as a Technician Assistant. You will serve as the technician’s right-hand person, supporting all stages of field operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who already have experience performing manual labor at heights and handling electrical tasks, and who wish to specialize in fiber-optic networks (FTTH). **Responsibilities:** * Assist the technician in installing and maintaining internet lines. * Perform cable pulling and deployment on utility poles and building facades. * Prepare the worksite and organize necessary tools and equipment. * Support traffic signage and ensure safety during field service execution. * Assist in mounting hardware and network equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Driver's License Category B * Good communication skills. * Experience working at heights and performing electrical tasks (e.g., electrician assistant, structural assembly, building maintenance, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior work experience within the Telecommunications industry. * Valid NR 10 and NR 35 certifications. **Compensation:** R$ 1\.598,76 \+ 30% hazard pay **Work Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off, and 12-hour shifts with 36-hour rest periods **Working Hours:** 08:00 \- 18:00
