Job Summary: A Quality professional responsible for inspections, physicochemical and microbiological analyses, process control, procedure development, nonconformance investigation, and certification management—aiming for continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields; * Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in dairy/frozen/dessert products; * Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, GHP, ANVISA sanitary regulations (applicable RDCs), and quality management systems (ISO, BRC, IFS, FSSC — desirable); * Basic laboratory knowledge (routine physicochemical and microbiological analysis); * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced) and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems for control recordkeeping; * Availability to work in an industrial environment (cold rooms) and on a 12x36 shift schedule.
