We are seeking a **Technical Responsible Pharmacist** to ensure the legal, technical, and operational compliance of the unit. The professional will be responsible for monitoring processes, ensuring adherence to sanitary regulations, and providing technical support for company activities. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical representative of the unit before regulatory agencies. * Ensure compliance with current legislation (ANVISA, CRF, Sanitary Surveillance, among others). * Conduct training and guidance for the team on good practices and internal procedures. * Monitor and control processes related to storage, expiration dates, preservation, and dispensing of regulated products. * Develop, review, and implement SOPs and other technical documents. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Sign technical documents, reports, and certificates whenever required. * Safeguard the quality and safety of products and services offered. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy. * Active registration with the CRF. * Availability to assume technical responsibility. * Knowledge of sanitary legislation and good practices. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional conduct. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a Technical Responsible. * Experience in audits or regulated environments.
