**DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for operating backhoes in civil construction, mining, earthmoving, and related services, ensuring activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical and occupational safety standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Performing excavation and earthmoving tasks to open trenches, holes, and channels for installation and repair of water and sewage pipelines. * Supporting drainage projects by preparing soil and removing debris from areas designated for stormwater gallery installation. * Responding to emergency repairs, operating backhoes in cases of pipeline ruptures, flooding, or blockages. * Loading and transporting materials (sand, gravel, pipes, and other sanitation construction supplies). * Conducting soil leveling and compaction for pipeline laying and trench closure. * Performing basic preventive maintenance on equipment, checking oil, fuel, tires, hydraulic systems, and ensuring proper machine operation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma; * Backhoe operator training course; * Class D driver's license (CNH D); * Experience in the field; * Willingness to travel. **COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:** * Dental care * Profit-sharing (PLR) * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher * Medical insurance * Gympass * Zenklub **WORK SCHEDULE:** * 12x36 shift - 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM
