




**Occupational Safety Engineer | PJ Contract** We are seeking an Occupational Safety Engineer to work on construction sites, promoting the prevention of risks and accidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the safety of all involved teams. **Responsibilities** * Promote a safety culture and encourage safe behaviors at all organizational levels; * Develop, implement, and monitor the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, ensuring compliance with regulations, legislation, and corporate policies; * Identify and coordinate interfaces with other project disciplines, ensuring effective risk assessment and mitigation; * Ensure all team members receive proper training prior to mobilization, assess occupational risks, and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Analyze accidents, incidents, near\-misses (HIPOs), and deviations, preparing technical reports, conducting investigations, and monitoring action plans; * Record and disseminate lessons learned, applying them to continuous improvement processes; * Conduct inspections, audits, and field visits, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, as well as defining goals, performance indicators, and team performance plans; * Prepare and present monthly Health and Safety performance reports, including critical analysis of results and improvement recommendations. **Requirements** * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering, with CREA registration; * Training in NR standards (NR\-06, 10, 12, 18, 33, 35\); * Experience in accident investigation and report writing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience working on construction sites; * Availability for travel. **Desirable** * Proven experience in substations and transmission lines. **Salary:** Negotiable. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, on\-site meals (lunch), accommodation, and free parking. **Location:** Governador Valadares \- Minas Gerais.
