RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS * Managing appointments and client contacts; * Answering client calls to schedule services, inspections, and repairs; * Making proactive calls to remind clients of scheduled inspections, recalls, or manufacturer campaigns; * Confirming appointments and sending notifications via phone, e\-mail, or WhatsApp; * Managing time conflicts in technical consultants’ and mechanics’ schedules; * Clarifying doubts regarding deadlines, costs, warranties, and after\-sales procedures; * Handling complaints or objections empathetically; * Excel and Office tools knowledge is desirable; * Supporting continuous improvement activities; * Document management; * Working under pressure; * Proactive profile; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher
