Join us!** Work as a technical Data Specialist, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, performance, and governance of the corporate data platform, supporting strategic initiatives and critical business operations. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- ### **Data Engineering and Platform** * Develop, maintain, and evolve data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, consumption). * Build and sustain Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and/or Lakehouse. * Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of data flows. * Support data architecture definition in collaboration with architecture and BI teams. ### **Data Integration and Consumption** * Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, legacy systems, APIs, files, streaming). * Ensure data standardization, versioning, and traceability. * Support BI, Analytics, and Data Science teams in efficient data consumption. ### **Data Quality, Governance, and Security** * Implement data quality rules (Data Quality). * Monitor and resolve issues related to consistency, duplication, and integrity. * Support governance, cataloging, and lineage processes. * Ensure compliance with data policies and LGPD. ### **Performance and Optimization** * Optimize queries, partitioning, and modeling. * Guarantee SLAs for data processing and availability. * Support capacity planning and growth of the data platform. ### **Projects and Evolutions** * Work on data modernization and cloud migration projects. * Participate in Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, and modern Analytics initiatives. * Support testing, go-live, and stabilization of new data solutions. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** ------------------------------------- * Solid experience as a **Data Specialist / Data Engineer / Data Platform Specialist**. * Strong expertise in: + Advanced SQL + ETL/ELT + Data modeling * Experience with: + Data Warehouse / Data Lake / Lakehouse + Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) + Orchestration tools (ADF, Airflow, dbt, SSIS, Informatica, etc.) * Experience integrating enterprise data. **Academic Requirements and Certifications** ----------------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. * Desired certifications: + Azure Data Engineer + AWS Data Analytics + GCP Data Engineer **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** ---------------------------------------------- * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication with both technical and business teams. * Organized, quality-oriented profile. * Ability to work autonomously. * Focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. **Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Have)** ------------------------------- * Experience integrating data with ERP systems (SAP or similar). * Hands-on experience with BI, Analytics, and semantic layers. * Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Event Hubs, Kinesis). * Knowledge of Data Governance, cataloging, and lineage (Purview, Collibra, Alation).
