Customer relationship support **Job Description** We are seeking a Dental Clinic Manager for our unit located in Campo Mourão \- PR. The professional will be responsible for managing the clinic's daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and internal process efficiency. Key responsibilities include team supervision, schedule organization, performance indicator monitoring, and customer relationship support. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work in the Campo Mourão region of Paraná state. **Qualifications** * **Interpersonal and Communication Skills:** Ability to interact empathetically and effectively with patients, staff, and partners. Clear and assertive communication is essential. * **Customer Service:** Experience delivering excellent customer service and resolving potential patient inquiries or requests. * **Medical Terminology Knowledge:** Familiarity with medical and dental terminology to facilitate communication with technical staff and patients. * **Education and Experience in Healthcare:** Education in healthcare-related fields such as dentistry or medicine, and prior experience managing clinics, will be considered advantageous.
