Requirements: **Responsibilities:** Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products; Map and align dependencies among technical teams to build team solutions; Support the team with technical and business knowledge during task execution; Propose and assess impacts of configurable parameters and modules on systems; Assess current business processes and systems in collaboration with business areas, proposing improvements; Validate medium-complexity requirements prior to delivery; Analyze demands with external suppliers and direct them to the development team; Support requirements gathering (business and software) with internal and external stakeholders, translating them into systemic solutions; Contribute to documentation creation (business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories). **Requirements and Qualifications:** Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem; Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud); * **Knowledge in:** * Named credentials and external services; * Lightning Pages and record layouts; * Data modeling (objects, fields, roles, profiles, and sharing rules); * Automations (Flows, Process Builder, and approval processes); * REST integrations (HTTP, RestResource); * Asynchronous processing (Future Methods, Queueables, Batch, Schedules); * APEX development; * Front-end development with LWC, Aura Components, and JavaScript; * Scratch Orgs; * Version control with Git/GitLab (including conflict resolution during merges); Best practices in development: clean code, design patterns, and software architecture.
