Perform logical configurations, diagnostics, and maintenance on switches and routers, directly managing interfaces (GBICs and optical patch cords). Provide technical support to external field teams during physical operations. Develop network projects and thoroughly document all changes, incidents, and daily operational and maintenance (O\&M) services.
