We are looking for someone just like you!!! **Responsibilities and Duties** Support operational teams in short-term routines, Waste Time control, and productivity analysis. Develop and monitor A3 plans for structured problem analysis and resolution. Administratively and technically manage the assigned team, promoting engagement and professional development. Conduct strategic analyses of project results, focusing on risks, opportunities, and lessons learned. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Experience in planning and control of industrial projects, preferably in mining, energy, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors.
