**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested;
* Propose improvements to departmental routines and processes;
* Monitor, analyze, and update mental health and well-being indicators;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when required;
* Provide counseling to employees on matters related to the field;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when necessary;
* Conduct psychological assessments, clinical analyses, and administer psychological tests;
* Deliver individual or group psychological counseling, as needed by the organization;
* Practice active listening and psychological support for employees;
* Issue diagnoses grounded in recognized, evidence-based psychological assessment techniques;
* Develop, recommend, and monitor treatment plans appropriate to identified needs;
* Refer employees to other professionals or specialized services when necessary;
* Collaborate integrally with managers, SESMT professionals, and other departments to promote holistic care;
* Support case coordination requiring continuous follow-up or specific interventions;
* Accurately record and maintain up-to-date clinical and technical documentation within established deadlines;
* Strictly adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards for psychological practice.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology;
* Completed postgraduate degree in Organizational and Work Psychology;
* Practical knowledge of psychological diagnostic techniques;
* Familiarity with psychological assessment techniques;
* Applied knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
**Additional Requirements:**
* Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP) in the state of practice.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Proficiency with Google Tools (Sheets, Docs).
