**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested;
* Propose improvements to departmental routines and processes;
* Update departmental performance indicators;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Provide support to employees on matters related to the department;
* Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines, aiming to optimize departmental operations;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Perform other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership guidance;
* Participate in meetings, assemblies, and negotiations with municipal and state public agencies to enable 5G deployment, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations;
* Conduct periodic travel to municipalities and states across the Northeast and Central-West regions, per the 5G Project schedule, to monitor and/or conduct discussions and alignments with local authorities;
* Negotiate and execute exchanges with public and legal entities for tower and other necessary project infrastructure installation, while ensuring land registry and tax documentation complies with legislation;
* Maintain strong relationships with peer departments to secure licenses, permits, and other required documentation for construction execution, particularly when facing work stoppages;
* Prepare feasibility studies and meet with government leaders to streamline administrative and environmental processes related to project infrastructure licensing and regularization;
* Support and monitor the registration and regularization process of IPTUs (Urban Property Tax) for areas designated for 5G deployment;
* Resolve administrative and operational bottlenecks that may impact construction progress, ensuring legal compliance;
* Monitor and collaborate with the Legal Department to lift work stoppages related to the 5G Project;
* Monitor legislative changes that may affect licensing and infrastructure installation.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Level I: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Environmental Engineering, Law (OAB registration not required), or related fields;
* Levels II and III: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Environmental Engineering, Law (OAB registration not required), or related fields;
* Knowledge of environmental licensing procedures and environmental impact assessments;
* Knowledge of municipal tax legislation;
* Knowledge of land registry and tax documentation;
* Experience drafting formal documents and familiarity with ABNT standards.

* Willingness to travel;
* Driver’s license category B.
