Description:
* Completed elementary education;
* Experience in supervision of civil construction projects;
* Knowledge of fundamental principles and methods of engineering, construction, and quality control in civil construction;
* Ability to read and interpret civil construction project drawings;
* Driver's license category B or AB and defensive driving certification.

* Ensure compliance with departmental standards, processes, routines, and policies;
* Lead and align the team through monitoring, training, feedback, task delegation, conflict resolution, motivational actions, performance evaluation, hiring requests, reassignment and/or termination requests, disciplinary measures, and other people management activities;
* Promote and internalize the organizational culture (Business, Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy) within the team;
* Monitor and analyze departmental performance indicators and define short- and medium-term actions to improve deliverables;
* Seek innovations and improvements that enhance productivity and performance in departmental activities;
* Participate in audit processes when required;
* Prepare and present results reports, forms, spreadsheets, or documents to leadership upon request;
* Participate in defining the department’s strategic and budgetary planning when requested;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use personal and collective protective equipment when required;
* Perform other duties related to the position as needed by the department and directed by leadership;
* Receive and discuss the project and execution strategies with the Construction Foreman;
* Verify project characteristics by reviewing drawings, layouts, and technical specifications;
* Interpret project drawings, reports, construction records, and work orders;
* Verify whether teams have all necessary materials and/or equipment before commencing activities;
* Receive and route demands to teams;
* Monitor project schedules and progress measurements;
* Monitor team productivity and quality of executed procedures;
* Control ongoing or upcoming services;
* Audit services after team activities are completed;
* Request and manage materials;
* Manage inventory of materials, equipment, tools, and instruments required for work execution;
* Control waste and losses;
* Update information for calculating team productivity.
