Responsible for handling tasks, executing small implementation projects when necessary, conducting PRA — Preliminary Risk Analysis, installing security cameras on supports, as well as planning and organizing work in compliance with established technical, quality, safety, and environmental preservation standards. Let’s sail toward the future! **#JoinBrisanet** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Perform other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; * Conduct vehicle inspection prior to commencing activities; * Report need for vehicle maintenance, including monitoring execution of maintenance and vehicle washing; * Conduct PRA — Preliminary Risk Analysis; * Review Service Orders via email; * Close Service Orders using spreadsheets; * Plan and organize work, adhering to established technical, quality, safety, and environmental preservation standards; * Install security cameras on supports; * Verify and collect materials from the worksite; * Manage consumable materials in the inventory system; * Provide technical support to system users; * Prepare technical reports and assessments; * Maintain, install, and configure voice intercom systems; * Maintain, install, and configure CCTV systems; * Configure, maintain, and install video communication equipment (CCTV and VCON) on VMS software or matrix systems; * Install cameras on utility poles (Level II); * Provide feedback for Level I (Level II); * Handle task-related requests (Level II); * Execute small implementation projects when necessary (Level II); * Configure cameras: speed domes (pan-tilt-zoom cameras capable of 360° rotation); LPRs (license plate recognition cameras); facial recognition cameras; thermal cameras (cameras measuring ambient or body temperature); software (management systems) (Level II); * Manage ticket queue under your responsibility (Level II); * Manage assets (registering and deregistering items relevant to performed activities in client’s software) (Level II); * Provide technical support to other field teams (Level II); * Design network distribution (Level II); * Make complex decisions regarding service execution without managerial guidance (Level II); * Analyze and inspect sites for project development (Level II); * Support leadership in activity planning (Level II). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * 6 months’ experience in telecommunications (Levels II and III); * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, physical infrastructure of Transmission Networks, and logical infrastructure of Transmission Networks; * NR 10 and NR 35 certifications; * Geographic knowledge of the region; * Driver’s License “B” and Defensive Driving certification.
