




Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * One year of experience in the commercial area; * Intermediate computer skills; * Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google Suite tools; * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android); * Knowledge of specific commands in Windows and Linux; * Ability to use formulas to automate spreadsheet population; * Data analysis and manipulation, resulting in actionable information. The following will be considered advantageous: * Knowledge of tools: Wrike, MS Project, Trello, Visio, Draw.io, AutoCAD; * Intermediate knowledge of computer networks; * Intermediate knowledge of network active and passive components; * Intermediate knowledge of electro-electronic infrastructure; * Alignment with Brisanet Group’s organizational identity; * Preparing reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Proposing improvements to departmental routines and processes; * Updating departmental performance indicators; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Providing support to employees on matters related to the department; * Analyzing and proposing improvements to operational routines, aiming to optimize departmental operations; * Using personal and collective safety equipment when required; * Performing other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; * Supporting the sales team in understanding client requirements and preparing technical-commercial proposals; * Conducting consultative client outreach to propose new products or approaches; * Proposing technical solutions for corporate clients across PME, SMB, Enterprise, and B2G segments; * Conducting financial analysis for each negotiation to ensure the financial health of each business initiative aligned with company interests; * Preparing proposals and material lists for initiating negotiations and customer installations; * Designing solution topology for service delivery based on transport, IP networks, and other B2B/Telco/IT services; * Tender Document Review: Conducting detailed reviews of government tender documents to identify and understand technical requirements; assessing feasibility of participation in public tenders, ensuring company solutions comply with tender requirements, and preparing necessary technical documentation—including technical and commercial proposals; * Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products, services, and solutions to internal teams and presenting projects to clients; * Collaborating with partner teams on software and hardware technology solutions for B2B; * Monitoring customer projects to ensure product delivery matches client requests and design specifications, in coordination with Implementation and Post-Sales teams. 2512210202551931227
