Focus on high-quality customer service and commercial targets **The Optical Store Manager** is responsible for leading and supervising all store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, efficient team management, achievement of commercial targets, and optimization of unit results. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Team Management: Training, motivation, and development of the sales team. * Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality service, resolving potential issues, and exceeding expectations. * Target Management: Monitoring and implementing strategies to achieve sales and performance targets. * Inventory Control: Overseeing product restocking and inventory management. * Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the store is organized and product displays comply with brand standards. * Reporting: Analyzing performance metrics and preparing sales and productivity reports. * Process Administration: Managing operational workflows, from customer service through to sale completion.
