Product quality assurance and regulatory compliance This professional is responsible for monitoring process breakdowns/losses and raw material usage according to product structure, performing critical activities related to production operation and process optimization, as well as supervising new professionals during their probationary period, overseeing the process and providing necessary guidance to trainee operators and reporting to the production supervisor. They conduct on-site supervision and training, and continuous development for Machine Operators I and II, aiming to improve processes and ensuring staff remain updated on best practices and operational procedures developed by Technical Operators, thereby guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and safety of both processes and products, always aligned with Fruki's established standards and policies. We value diversity and welcome everyone! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Improve operational efficiency: identify opportunities for improvement in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs; * Ensure regulatory compliance: ensure all processes and procedures comply with regulatory standards and food safety requirements; * Minimize breakdowns and waste: implement measures to reduce equipment failures and minimize raw material waste during production; * Enhance product quality: identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring final products meet established quality standards; * Develop the team: provide guidance to the team to improve members' skills and knowledge, especially during new employees' probationary period; * Implement safety improvements: identify and resolve workplace safety issues, ensuring a safe environment for the entire team; * Ensure adherence to current standards: monitor operational standards across production lines, ensuring alignment with best practices and operational procedures; * Participate in process improvement teams: engage in organizational process improvement teams, applying autonomous maintenance or industry continuous improvement principles to share knowledge and best practices with other professionals; * Promote safety culture: deliver workplace safety awareness instructions and implement additional measures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, ensuring operators use and comply with work standards; * Perform other duties within the scope of this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemistry, Food Science, Technology, or related fields; * Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in a related field is desirable; * Experience operating industrial machinery; * Basic computer and Excel knowledge; * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:36 AM, with a 1-hour break, plus flexibility in schedule and availability on weekends. **Additional Information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: Free cafeteria; Attendance bonus; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Unimed health plan; Uniodonto dental plan; Free life insurance; Scholarship program; Education assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Employee support channel; Pharmacy discount program; Partnership agreements with selected universities.
