We are seeking an HR Payroll Analyst to work in an industrial environment, with strong attention to processes, a sense of responsibility, and technical expertise in labor routine. This role is strategic for ensuring legal compliance, organizing payroll processes, and delivering reliable support to employees and leadership. * **Main Responsibilities** Process and verify payroll (monthly, advances, PLR, terminations) Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes Manage electronic timekeeping (monitoring, adjustments, and closing) Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.) Ensure compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements Submit and verify ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, DIRF, RAIS) Manage labor charges and reconciliations (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) Support internal and external audits Assist employees with labor-related inquiries Interface with accounting, legal, and internal leadership teams Organize and maintain up-to-date HR department documents and files. * **Technical Requirements** Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields Experience in HR Payroll, preferably within an industrial setting Proficiency in payroll processing and labor charges Experience with eSocial Up-to-date knowledge of the Brazilian Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and labor legislation Experience managing electronic timekeeping systems Knowledge of **Metadata.** Compensation: Up to R$4.500,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectation for this opportunity Work Location: On-site
