Ready for a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate strategically with development and business teams to ensure solution quality—from requirement definition through production operations. * Define, plan, and evolve functional and non-functional test strategies suitable for modern architectures and cloud environments. * Serve as a technical reference in software quality and test automation, disseminating best practices, standards, and a quality culture across teams. * Automate API and integration testing to ensure efficient coverage of critical workflows. * Pair with developers for code analysis, review of automated tests, and improvement of solution testability. * Assess risks, classify defect severity, and support release decisions in production environments. * Analyze complex issues using evidence such as logs, metrics, traces, and database queries. * Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Security teams to ensure application quality, reliability, observability, and performance. * Propose and lead technical and process improvements to increase solution productivity, stability, scalability, and reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience across the full software development lifecycle. * Knowledge of logic and programming, with hands-on Java experience and ability to read, analyze, and debug code. * Experience automating API tests using Postman and REST Assured. * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including queries for data validation and evidence analysis. * Practical exposure to observability and monitoring using log, metric, and tracing tools. * Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins. * Familiarity with code quality tools like Sonar, including static analysis practices. * Experience with performance, load, and stress testing to identify bottlenecks and scalability risks. * Knowledge of methodologies and practices such as TDD, BDD, and Agile Testing. **Additional Information** * Certification in software quality, such as ISTQB CTFL or equivalent. * Experience with high-availability and high-volume transactional systems. * Exposure to financial environments, payment systems, or regulated systems. * Prior experience in quality assurance or test automation. * Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
