Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Senior Backend .NET Developer to develop and maintain APIs, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within an investment bank. Participate in technical and system architecture decisions FCamara is looking for a Senior Backend .NET Developer to partner with the largest investment bank in Latin America, specializing in investment capital, venture capital, as well as global wealth and asset management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using .NET (C\#); * Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions; * Participate in technical and system architecture decisions; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (frontend, product, QA, etc.); * Write clean, testable, and well-documented code; * Conduct code reviews and mentorship (Senior level). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Technical leadership of projects or squads; * Participation in architecture and distributed systems design decisions; * Ability to mentor junior developers; * Product-oriented mindset with focus on delivering value. **Soft Skills:** * Logical reasoning and analytical ability; * Strong communication skills; * Team spirit and conflict resolution capability; * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Experience working in agile and multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity to envision various application usage scenarios; * Organizational skills. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
