Job Summary: Responsible for performing splices, fusions, and fiber/HFC testing, as well as implementing and maintaining optical fiber in aerial networks, ensuring service integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Performing optical fiber maintenance and installation 2. Conducting tests and diagnostics on telecommunications networks 3. Working with passive components and aerial network environments Responsibilities: * Perform splices, fusions on passive components, and fiber/HFC testing to ensure the integrity of executed services. Understand all processes related to aerial network environments. * Conduct tests to ensure the integrity of executed services, with full proficiency in interpreting project documentation and operating measurement equipment such as OTDR, power meter, among others, for diagnosis and monitoring in TX environments. * Implement and maintain optical fiber in aerial networks (fusion-spliced and connectorized), under BBN and FTTX/HFC topologies.
