About the position: The Construction Warehouse Manager is the professional responsible for controlling, storing, and distributing all materials, equipment, and tools used in civil construction. Acts as the central link between the construction site and the purchasing/supplier department, ensuring that necessary resources are available at the right time, in the correct quantity, and in good condition, minimizing losses and delays. What you will deliver: * Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and tools, ensuring proper identification, classification, and organization (addressing); * Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and tools, ensuring proper identification, classification, and organization (addressing); * Ensure storage is carried out safely and appropriately, protecting materials from weather conditions and preventing damage; * Rigorously control material intake, verifying compliance with Invoices, purchase orders, and technical specifications; * Record all material withdrawals via authorized requisitions, ensuring traceability of usage; * Monitor material consumption, identifying deviations or excesses and reporting them to the Engineer or Site Foreman; * Prepare material and tool kits according to the daily service schedule (construction schedule); * Maintain the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards (Occupational Health and Safety); * Manage appropriate disposal of packaging and waste generated by materials; * Collaborate with the Engineering and Planning team in forecasting material needs to avoid shortages (stockouts) or over-purchasing. We are looking for people who have: * Minimum: pursuing a degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in inventory control systems (ERPs); * Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate Excel; * Ability to inspect and interpret Invoices and purchase orders.
