Your Responsibilities: * Manage the full recruitment & selection cycle for positions across various levels, with emphasis on Commercial, Customer Success, Technology, and Product. * Conduct detailed profile alignment with leaders and managers, understanding both technical requirements and, especially, cultural fit with our core principles and values. * Lead proactive and strategic talent hunting, leveraging diverse platforms and approaches to attract top market talent. * Apply and refine behavioral and competency-based interview techniques, evaluating not only technical skills but also entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative ability, and willingness to innovate. * Design and implement onboarding strategies ensuring cultural integration and rapid adaptation of new Trustmakers to our environment and purpose. * Propose and support implementation of automation projects and Artificial Intelligence usage to optimize our R&S processes—from screening to data management. * Analyze R&S metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure process quality, agility, and effectiveness. * Act as an ambassador of Reclame AQUI’s culture, promoting our values and employer value proposition in all candidate interactions. * Actively participate in Employer Branding initiatives, contributing to strengthening our employer brand and attracting talent aligned with our DNA. **What We’re Looking For (Prerequisites):** * Proven, solid end-to-end recruitment & selection experience, with significant involvement in Commercial (Sales and Customer Success) and Technology (Development, Product, Infrastructure) roles. * Genuine passion for innovation and a proactive mindset to explore and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize R&S processes. Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. **What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications):** * Experience in technology companies at the startup stage. * Exposure to environments with PLG (Product-Led Growth) culture and strategy.
