Job Summary: Responsible for planning, monitoring, and completing complex projects, ensuring effective delivery, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels \* Project Planning and Definition: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, schedule, resources, and objectives. \* Resource Management: Allocate resources to ensure efficient project execution. \* Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, identify and manage risks, and make necessary adjustments. \* Communication and Reporting: Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and prepare status reports and performance analyses. \* Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with organizational standards, regulations, and policies. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and completing complex projects within established timelines and budgets, ensuring effective delivery of LEC initiatives. This professional must ensure all activities align with the institution's strategic objectives, promote regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. Additionally, they must proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate\-effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
