Assist in implementing solutions and resolving incidents. Ensure team work quality, collect feedback from team members, and relay it to the manager. 1\. Project Management: Coordinate ongoing projects to ensure delivery deadlines and output quality. • Adherence to deadlines • Output quality 2\. Demand Management: Ensure progress and prioritization of demands to control delivery sequence according to expectations of requesting departments and clients. • Adherence to deadlines • Delivery priority adherence 3\. Development: Support team members in developing new solutions and resolving issues to assist in deliveries and ensure system stability. • Adherence to deadlines • Priority indices 4\. People Management: Manage team members (e.g., feedback, time tracking and hour bank, communication of promotions and terminations, conflict identification, leadership, etc.) to improve team work quality.
