Job Summary: Lead, inspire, and develop the team, supervise the shift, monitor financial performance, and ensure operational quality of the restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. Talent development and operational management **Supervise the shift:** Monitor production, sales, and ensure speed and quality for every order. **Lead and inspire the team:** Guide, motivate, and ensure the best customer experience. **Monitor financial results:** Track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. **Support operational activities:** When necessary, roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team. **Organize restaurant routines:** Opening, closing, daily reconciliations, and briefings. **Ensure compliance:** Guarantee adherence to internal policies and labor laws. **Develop talent:** Train, guide, and contribute to team growth.
