Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Barueri \- SP **Your day-to-day responsibilities** As an Assistant Analyst, you will work in the administrative management unit for vehicle and material sales, with the following key responsibilities: * Managing a portfolio of processes alongside dispatchers; * Tracking pending documentation (ATPV, ECV, sale notifications, etc.); * Interacting with dispatchers, internal departments, and auctioneers; * Analyzing and making initial decisions regarding process direction; * Participating in biweekly meetings with dispatchers; * Monitoring performance via KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Thorough knowledge of traffic legislation and DETRAN regulations; * Experience in issuing, transferring, and regularizing vehicle documents (CRV, CRLV, DUT); * Advanced Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Intermediate Power BI.
