




Job Summary: Coordinate a multidisciplinary software engineering team to build and evolve mobile technology solutions, ensuring technical alignment and fostering a culture of excellence. Acting as a technical and organizational facilitator for squads The **software engineering** area of the app channel is responsible for building and evolving the technology solutions that support Porto Bank’s mobile customer experience, integrating critical functionalities and enabling smooth, effective navigation.
