We provide software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Receive and support professionals. Contact clients to schedule coordination visits. Maintain proactive communication with professionals via e\-mail and WhatsApp. Draft internal announcements and support content production for the department. Manage delivery of welcome kits. Assist in organizing internal initiatives and events. Create and monitor surveys using electronic forms. Perform initial screening of requests received through channels such as customer service centers (SAC) and Reclame Aqui. Keep routine controls, schedules, and records up to date. Previous experience as a Quality Assistant, Junior Quality Analyst, Quality Technician, or Quality Intern may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
