Main Responsibilities * Handling incidents related to the IT asset queue * Basic preparation and configuration of equipment (laptops, desktops, and peripherals) * Assistance with basic computer maintenance * Control and updating of IT asset inventory * Organization and management of equipment stock * Administrative support for IT department routines Requirements * Basic IT knowledge * Fundamental understanding of computer maintenance * Proficiency in Word and Excel * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
