**Information Security Analyst (SailPoint)** Hybrid – Santo Amaro/SP PJ Contract **Job Description:** We are seeking a Cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) / IGA (Identity Governance & Administration), with a focus on the SailPoint tool. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in identity and access management solution implementation and maintenance projects, request analysis, incident handling, and investigations of unauthorized access. **Responsibilities:** Configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud, including maintenance and enhancement of access governance automations, certification campaigns, identity validation, and policy definition. Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Entra ID, including user creation, modification, deactivation, and reactivation. Identification of risks and vulnerabilities related to access management and proposal of mitigation measures. Active participation in SailPoint platform implementation and upgrade projects, from planning through execution. Ensuring compliance with internal security, governance, and compliance policies. Documentation of processes, workflows, and access compliance aligned with the Company’s adopted frameworks. Interaction with IT, Infrastructure, and other departments to promote platform integration and security. Support in security incident analysis and response to critical access-related situations. Incident analysis. Participation in crisis rooms, execution of scheduled activities outside business hours, and on-call shift participation. Preparation of technical reports. Support in training and assisting other analysts from Level 1 and Level 2 teams. Collaboration with other teams to research and investigate cyber security threats. **Requirements:** Solid experience with SailPoint (implementation, configuration, and maintenance). In-depth knowledge of IGA and identity lifecycle management. Experience in SailPoint implementation projects within corporate environments. Familiarity with security protocols and best practices for access management. Critical analysis ability and decision-making capability in security risk scenarios. Technical, analytical, and collaborative profile, focused on security, compliance, and continuous improvement of IAM/IGA processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Availability to work on on-call shift schedules. **Desirable:** Relevant certifications in SailPoint (e.g., SailPoint Identity Security Professional), Segregation of Duties, and Identity & Access Management. Familiarity with security standards such as CIS Controls, ISO 27001, NIST, among others. Experience with Linux and Windows environments. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
