Job Summary: Professional responsible for full asset control, from acquisition to final disposition of the institution's assets, including inventory and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in integrated management and continuous improvement Manage all institutional assets comprehensively—from acquisition, disposal, return, and final disposition. * **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify assets on-site and in the system to confirm active/inactive status; * Register, verify, and process invoices: affix asset tags, photograph assets, and register invoices in the system (ACP and TASY); * Deliver assets to respective units along with delivery receipts for acquired items, and manage Responsibility Agreements; * List and photograph assets to be inventoried; issue official correspondence to the São Paulo State Department of Health (SES); sort and separate scrap materials per SES requirements; * Perform monthly closing for the Accounting, Maintenance Engineering, and Health Services Contract Management departments; enter data into the Planisa system under respective cost centers; * Conduct annual closing for the SES and formalize the Term of Permission for Use (TPU); report performance indicators to the Administrative Directorate; * Annually revise and update the Asset Unit’s Manual of Norms, Routines, and Procedures; issue Work Orders (O.S.) to the Maintenance Engineering department for asset transfers; * Conduct annual inventory across all clinics, ICUs, isolation units, and common areas—including entrances, corridors, reception areas, the Administrative Directorate, and radiology (RX); * Comply with applicable requirements of SPDM’s Integrated Management System, its guidelines and policies, and contribute to its continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration; * Postgraduate studies in Logistics or Asset Management preferred; * Intermediate-level computer literacy. This unit, owned by the São Paulo Municipal Government, provides spontaneous-demand emergency care and features 54 observation beds across General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, and Pediatrics, managed by the **SPDM**—São Paulo Association for the Development of Medicine—under a robust partnership with the Municipal Government, fully aligned with the guiding principles of Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS), ensuring comprehensive, high-quality hospital care.
