We are seeking an analytical and proactive engineer to monitor, coordinate, and optimize the performance of solar power plants, lead projects, and ensure efficiency and compliance.

Description: What We Expect From You:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with active CREA registration;
* Solid experience with photovoltaic power plants (medium and large scale);
* Technical expertise in solar energy and familiarity with NBR and NR standards (NR10, NR12, NR35\);
* Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite;
* Skills in technical project management and performance analysis (Performance Ratio, availability, irradiance);
* Willingness to travel frequently.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Monitor solar plant performance by analyzing data, KPIs, and reports via SCADA, PVsyst, and technical reports;
* Coordinate operations, maintenance, and construction activities across solar assets (civil, electrical, and mechanical);
* Conduct technical analyses and performance simulations of solar plants, identify losses, and propose improvements;
* Ensure safety, technical compliance, and energy efficiency at all stages;
* Lead project and action plan monitoring to keep schedules and targets on track;
* Perform technical benchmarking and continuous improvement by comparing practices with industry standards and proposing innovative solutions;
* Collaborate with O\&M teams, suppliers, and Suno’s technical team to ensure smooth communication and results-oriented execution.
