We value excellence in everything we do and feel personally accountable for the success or failure of projects and ClickBus as a whole. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Write production-grade code that is easily testable, understandable by other developers, and handles edge cases and errors; * Write unit and higher-level tests following the testing pyramid, covering edge cases, errors, and happy paths; * Approach all engineering work with a security mindset. Proactively identify security vulnerabilities in code and during peer reviews; * Critically review tasks and ensure they are appropriately scoped for continuous integration and incremental delivery; * Weigh cost versus value to take the most economically sound action, applying this thinking to your own work and offering suggestions to colleagues; * Provide praise and constructive feedback to the team, peers, and managers in a useful manner.
