Act preventively by identifying risks in integrations Serve as the focal point for system integrations, responsible for: * Orchestrating suppliers and customers * Ensuring functionality, visibility, monitoring, and governance of integrations * Acting as the liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the liaison between customers and suppliers involved in integrations * Coordinate analysis and resolution of incidents related to integrations * Organize and conduct technical and alignment meetings * Ensure visibility and automated monitoring of the integration ecosystem * Present and explain the integration map to internal departments * Monitor SLAs, deadlines, and action plans * Document integration flows, dependencies, and critical points * Support customers in technical decision-making (without coding) * Act preventively by identifying risks in integrations **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience with system integrations** * **Knowledge of:** o REST APIs o HTTP / HTTPS o JSON / XML o Authentication (OAuth, API Key, Basic Auth) * **Ability to:** o Read logs and error messages o Analyze payloads o Understand API contracts * **Familiarity with:** o Environments (DEV / HML / PRD) o Synchronous and asynchronous integrations o Concepts of SLA and monitoring * **Education in:** o Information Systems o Systems Analysis and Development o Engineering o Or related fields **Additional Information** **Project/organizational management knowledge** * **Familiarity with project management** * **Ability to lead meetings and follow-ups** * **Organization of requests, priorities, and deadlines** * **Experience with:** o ServiceNow o SAP * **Clear communication with:** o Technical teams o Business units o External suppliers * **Preferred qualifications:** o Prior experience as a developer, systems analyst, or integration analyst o Interest in or early transition toward project management / technical leadership We are Telefónica Tech, the global provider of Cloud, IoT, and Big Data services within the Telefónica Group—now a leader not only in telecommunications but also in technology.
