Development of process improvements and optimization Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering \+ active CREA registration. * Postgraduate studies or specialized courses are desirable. * Knowledge of Project Management methodologies—both traditional and agile—is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Perform Construction and Connection area activities with support from Junior (JR) and Pleno (PL) positions, by addressing internal and external customer needs, portfolio analysis, construction scheduling, KPI monitoring, field supervision, process closure, and contract management—ensuring delivery of company-defined KPIs, guided primarily by safety and quality. Handling highly complex topics. * Analyze the connection portfolio using corporate tools to enable optimal construction execution planning. * Plan the execution of the connection portfolio jointly with contractors using corporate tools, ensuring construction is completed within the scheduled timeline while meeting all safety and quality criteria. * Monitor the execution and progress of contractor-performed works through both in-person and remote interactions—in offices and on-site—including activities such as branch lines, internal infrastructure, commissioning, decommissioning, and connections—ensuring adherence to the established plan based on defined norms and procedures for these activities. * Engage in internal processes integral to the Construction and Connection journey with contractors and customers, aiming for seamless workflow—from portfolio analysis to project completion. * Coordinate Construction and Connection site technicians to ensure efficient and effective field operations aligned with defined results, meeting all safety and quality criteria. * Manage Construction and Connection contractors through remote and in-person interactions, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs while meeting all safety and quality criteria. * Review standards, procedures, and instructions to update documentation and ensure optimal operational performance. * Develop and implement improvements to the Construction and Connection process, enabling continuous advancement of Construction and Connection processes. * Support Junior (JR) and Pleno (PL) Engineers in performing their duties, promoting development, learning, and progression for both roles. * Conduct technical analyses and feasibility assessments of projects, preparing reports and recommendations for stakeholders. * Propose innovative solutions to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. * Collaborate with other departments—including Environment, Safety, and Operations—to ensure an integrated approach to projects. * Identify and manage project-related risks, implementing appropriate mitigation measures. * Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, communicating project outcomes and progress. * Ensure adherence to the department’s budget (contractor costs and OPEX). 2511050202231849120
