




Job Summary: Work on the development and customization of HR systems, technical integration, project leadership, and exploration of emerging technologies such as AI to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced expertise in HR system maintenance and configuration, focused on LSP. 2. Perform system integrations via Database and API using Python. 3. Lead HR projects from needs mapping to end-user training. Currently, we are organized into 7 squads: Attraction and Selection: focuses on candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Career and Development: oversees the employee development journey. Performance and Culture: manages performance evaluation and climate surveys. Compensation and Benefits: provides technological infrastructure to support Porto’s compensation and benefits strategy. HR Operations: responsible for automation and efficiency improvement within HR processes. Employee Channels: aims to deliver a more consistent experience for employees by centralizing communication, products, and services within a single hub. Instituto Porto: operates platforms for apprentice training, fundraising, and volunteering. Sustainability: develops solutions that support ESG indicator management and reporting. Technical Integrations: Perform system integrations via Database using Procedures and via API using Python. HR Project Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle—from needs mapping to end-user training. Digital Innovation: Actively participate in developing employee-facing applications and LMS platforms. Specialized Support: Serve as an advanced-level resource for resolving technical issues and supporting HCM configuration. Exploration of Emerging Technologies: Integrate Artificial Intelligence concepts to improve operational efficiency of the HR system. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Experience: experience with Senior HCM On-Premise or Cloud. Programming and Data: Strong proficiency in Senior Programming Language. Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Database. Proficiency in API integrations (Python)/MuleSoft. Knowledge of Java. Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
