Learn about our clients, explore our content, and find out if you’re the right person to join \#WeAreMDS. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the execution of low-complexity Placement projects by organizing scope, mapping risks, defining and delivering structured deliverables, and formalizing process stages (technical analysis, structuring, market submission, negotiation, and presentation), ensuring efficient, predictable, and client-aligned execution while guaranteeing technical quality, timely delivery, and accuracy in recommendations. * Support the analysis and handling of portfolio data and current terms by collecting and interpreting information provided by the client, evaluating contractual conditions, and conducting internal assessments, thereby generating the foundation for structuring technically appropriate, financially balanced, and strategically aligned proposals for plan design or redesign. * Support comparative studies and design or redesign benefits plans by reviewing coverages, accredited networks, eligibility rules, technical assumptions, pricing, and financial projections, thus offering the client viable, competitive options aligned with the population profile. * Support the preparation of technical materials and comparative presentations by consolidating studies, organizing data, and building clear visual analyses, facilitating precise and transparent client decision-making. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as required by departmental needs and/or demands, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, ensuring continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, collaboration, creativity, and teamwork. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Day off * Pass support for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the pace of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
