Ensure execution in accordance with technical designs and schedules. **About the Opportunity** ------------------------ We are seeking a **Construction Coordinator**, responsible for coordinating and monitoring construction execution, ensuring compliance with designs, schedule adherence, site organization, and proper team management. This position plays a strategic role at the interface between operations, supervision, and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in project delivery. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Coordinate and manage construction teams, promoting DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) and training * Plan, monitor, and control construction execution * Ensure execution in accordance with technical designs and schedules * Manage construction controls and performance indicators * Maintain continuous communication with supervisors * Hire and manage internal and third-party teams * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions * Report incidents and construction status to leadership * Organize the construction site and manage material inventories **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Civil Engineering * Proven experience in construction coordination * Experience in contract and team management * Knowledge of construction planning and control * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Valid driver's license **Preferred Qualifications** ------------------------ * Experience in medium- and large-scale construction projects * Experience managing multiple construction fronts **Work Model** -------------- **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Work Format:** On-site **Location:** Praia Grande – SP
