About the Role
We are looking for a **QA Analyst**, with an **analytical, organized, and continuous-quality-oriented profile**, to ensure the stability and reliability of Evrly’s deliveries.
This role works cross-functionally with **Product, Backend, Frontend, Design, and Infrastructure teams**, responsible for validating **critical user flows, end-to-end user journeys, and new releases**, ensuring high quality standards and delivery predictability.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and document functional tests for critical product flows.
* Validate end-to-end user journeys, considering diverse user profiles and scenarios.
* Execute tests with multiple users and contextual combinations.
* Identify, reproduce, analyze, and document bugs and inconsistencies.
* Prepare comprehensive, clear, and actionable test reports.
* Ensure a consistent quality standard for new releases.
* Build simple automations for critical flows to enable recurring regression testing.
* Take on the initial challenge of validating all existing implementations at Evrly.
Requirements
* Organized, analytical, and delivery-oriented profile with consistent execution pace.
* Experience in technology environments with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating dependencies without blocking workflow.
* Advanced knowledge of agile practices applied in real-world contexts, especially Extreme Programming (XP).
* Experience with management and documentation tools such as Monday and Notion.
* Familiarity with delivery metrics such as cycle time, WIP, and sprint performance.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Nice-to-Haves
* Integration of automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
* Basic knowledge of API testing.
* Experience with cross-browser testing.
* Experience with e-commerce products or subscription-based business models.
