FCamara is looking for a **Tech Manager**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and coordinate multiple development teams, providing **technical guidance, support, and strategic direction**. * Ensure that **code quality, performance, scalability, and security** practices are applied across all teams. * Collaborate closely with **UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and other teams**, ensuring consistent, business-aligned deliveries. * Define **architecture and technical solutions**, balancing industry best practices with the company’s strategic goals. * Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and **jointly map action plans with technical leadership** to ensure quality and alignment with company expectations. * Coordinate development activities, including **planning, estimation, prioritization, and tracking of new projects**. * Monitor and manage **team performance metrics** (productivity, quality, satisfaction, and technical growth). * Prepare and present **periodic status, risk, and results reports** to clients and stakeholders. * Act as the **direct interface with clients**, participating in requirements discussions, proposing technical solutions, and aligning deliveries with business strategic needs. * Actively participate in **critical meetings (war rooms, incidents, and issues)**, ensuring rapid response and resolution. * Support the Talent Acquisition team in **hiring processes and technical interviews**. * Serve as the **focal point for the development team**, acting as a technical reference, mentor, and advocate of best practices. * Provide structured feedback and periodic reports on **project status, areas of concern, and improvement opportunities** to FCamara leadership. * Support the execution of **POCs and internal initiative testing**, contributing to technological innovation and evolution. * Act in a consultative and strategic capacity, **translating business needs into technology solutions** that deliver value to clients and the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid **full-stack development experience**, with broad expertise across **back-end, front-end, and mobile**. * Proficiency in **back-end and front-end**. * Front-end experience with **Angular, React, and/or Vue**. * Knowledge of **virtualization and containers (Docker)**. * Experience with **relational and non-relational databases**, including modeling, querying, and optimization. * **Technical leadership skills**, with ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams. * Experience in **project management** (planning, estimation, priority setting). * Experience in **people management** (hiring, technical interviews, performance evaluations). * **Excellent communication skills**, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. * Knowledge of **design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices**. * Experience in **preparing and presenting reports and metrics** to clients and internal leadership. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
