Then join us in making a difference! **\#VEMSERINDT** We are seeking a **Senior Functional Analyst** to work on strategic projects, serving as the interface between business areas and technology, ensuring accurate understanding of requirements and definition of solutions aligned with client objectives. Requirements: **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct requirements elicitation and analysis with business areas. Develop functional specifications and technical documentation for projects. Manage and monitor the scope of initiatives. Participate in alignment meetings with stakeholders and technical teams. Support the definition of business rules and functional workflows. Ensure requirements traceability and provide support throughout the entire project lifecycle. Collaborate with development, testing, and maintenance teams. **Mandatory Requirements:** Solid experience as a Functional Analyst. Experience in requirements elicitation and functional specification. Experience in project scope management and control. Mandatory experience with foreign exchange solutions, products, or projects. Prior experience in financial institutions or regulated environments. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business areas. Analytical, organized profile with systemic vision. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of agile methodologies.
