Handle purchasing, negotiation, and supplier management for auto parts. **Have you ever considered working for an automotive group born from a passion for automobiles and now positioned as a leader and reference in the aftermarket segment?** Our mission is to deliver high-quality, reliable products through a highly efficient supply chain. #### **Our Values:** We are passionately **committed** to our customers; We work as a **team**; We pursue **high performance**; We offer the largest and best **product portfolio** in the market! *If this profile fits you and you’re seeking a new challenge, join the Universe of Automotive Parts Solutions.* ***\#VemSerUniverseller*** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Perform purchasing activities, in accordance with internal procedures, for low-complexity and low-revenue-impact products and suppliers, aiming to optimize company costs while ensuring supply quality, selecting and evaluating suppliers based on predefined criteria, and managing purchasing results.** **Quotation and Negotiation** * Request quotations from various auto parts suppliers; * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions; **Purchase Order Management** * Issue purchase orders in the ERP system; * Monitor delivery status and resolve pending issues with suppliers; **Inventory and Demand Control** * Monitor inventory levels of automotive parts; * Restock items according to workshop or production line requirements; * Supplier relationship management; * Maintain frequent contact with auto parts distributors and manufacturers; * Evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery time, service); **Administrative Support** * Organize purchasing documentation (invoices, contracts, purchase orders); * Assist in cost reporting and performance indicator analysis; * Analyze and implement continuous improvement initiatives; * Collect and analyze performance indicators, suggesting improvements; * Respond to inquiries from various departments via phone and email; * Archive documents under your responsibility—both electronically and physically—in designated locations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * One year of experience in purchasing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Intermediate Excel skills; **Additional Information** **We care about you!
