NCR Atleos was ranked #12 on Newsweek’s prestigious 2025 list of the 100 Most Loved Workplaces®. **Position Title:** **Logistic Associate** **Location:** Diadema, São Paulo (Brazil) **Hybrid model with pre-defined days – 2 remote / 3 office** **Job Description:** **Position Summary:** * A professional responsible for daily analysis of material shortages to address field and lab incidents, identifying the optimal logistics option (cost vs. availability). * Report extraction and analysis with periodic feedback to internal and external customers, ensuring maintenance of contracted healthy stock levels for customers in Brazil and CLA. * Analysis of Siebel ticket root cause history. **Daily Responsibilities:** * Analysis of material shortages and verification of parts availability for replenishment and reallocation; * Reallocation of parts among branches; * Creation, modification, and deletion of part orders and SAP purchase orders; * Analysis and allocation of replacement materials for the central lab and TecBan customer; * Participation in internal/external meetings providing customer feedback; and * Report extraction and data maintenance in Siebel and SAP systems. **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Prior knowledge of SAP MM and logistics routines Job offers are subject to approval against applicable screening criteria.
