Description: * High school diploma required; * Preferred: Solid experience in people management; * Preferred: Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience in the butcher shop area will be considered a plus, preferably within the food retail industry (wholesale, hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.); * Supervise the operation and presentation of the butcher shop sector, providing necessary resources to ensure customer satisfaction; * Ensure that all operational and general company procedures are followed by the entire team under supervision; * Be responsible for the overall management of butcher shop services, including: restocking, pricing, cleaning and sanitation, temperature control of chambers/showcases, expiration dates, quality, organization, equipment and utensil maintenance, inventory, supply stock levels, and queue management; * Jointly with the department head, manage personnel matters in the butcher shop, including vacation tracking, day-off schedules, absences, training of newly hired staff, uniform requests, and general guidance on operational standards; * Ensure compliance with health inspection requirements by guiding employees and accompanying health inspectors during sector inspections, taking corrective actions when necessary; * Supervise and monitor all product movements both in the system and physically, verifying entries, exits, and internal transfers to maintain inventory control and prevent losses; * Monitor and suggest price adjustments, having autonomy to conduct market research and make recommendations to the commercial department to maintain competitive pricing and appropriate margins; * Monitor, propose, and implement improvements in the department through analysis of sales, waste, margins, and other metrics identified via the system, aiming to enhance department performance; * Coordinate department preparation for inventory counts and, when scheduled, participate in the inventory process to ensure accuracy and quality; * Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards in the department, including signage, display of promotional items, items advertised in flyers, and customer queue communication. 2510300202211839821
