Support pre\-preparation of main dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Support pre\-preparation of salads. 3\. Support pre\-preparation of desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Be responsible for your own health and safety, as well as apply the norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
