To achieve this, we combine people and technology, valuing and preserving our team’s collaborative, diverse, and innovative spirit. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** ----------------------------------- * Research new techniques and technologies to multiply our efficiency through tools and libraries; * Scale microservices (high availability, high capacity, low latency); * Practical experience with multithreading; * Microservice communication (including cloud and on-premise environments); * Frontend development and maintenance when required (in collaboration with other frontend-specialized developers); * Continuous integration, DevOps, and continuous deployment; * Service monitoring using CloudWatch, Zabbix, and Grafana. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------------ * Solid experience designing, building, managing, and scaling scalable microservice solutions; * Our backend services and APIs are primarily written in C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core), and also Dart/Flutter; * Building and maintaining frontend solutions using any JavaScript/TypeScript framework; * Angular and/or React preferred; * Experience with Agile culture (Scrum, Kanban, Pair Programming, TDD); * Experience with DevOps; * Knowledge of automating build, test, and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps or TFS). **How you can impress us:** * Experience with cloud architecture (AWS preferred); * Experience with Serverless architecture; * Experience with containers; * Experience with Kafka and/or Redis; * Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design; Some exposure to Dart/Flutter. * **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** -------------------------- **3 days per week onsite in São Paulo, SP (starting from 2026)** **Benefits** **Benefits that make a real difference in your journey with us!** Here, the employee experience is taken seriously—from wellbeing to career development, covering important life moments.
