Software Engineer \- Frontend Mid-Level (Internal Product) **About the Challenge** You will build the tools used daily by BMP teams to operate the business — dashboards, complex dashboards, and forms that turn data into real decisions and actions. Here, frontend is a means, not an end. The users of what you develop are the people who keep the company running — from operations staff to leadership. **Summary of Responsibilities.** * Develop components and features for internal systems, guided by the Frontend Tech Lead; * Integrate frontend applications with internal APIs (authentication, pagination, filtering, and asynchronous state); * Write typed, tested, and reviewed code using **TypeScript** (typing is part of the standard); * Actively participate in code reviews, consistently applying technical feedback; * Contribute to documentation of components, patterns, and interface decisions. **Technical Requirements.** * Solid frontend development experience with **React and TypeScript**; * Proficiency in consuming **REST APIs** and managing state (Context API, Zustand, Redux, or similar); * Experience with **automated testing** (Jest and Testing Library); * Ability to receive technical feedback and rapidly improve; * Curiosity and interest in the product domain — understanding the “why” behind the dashboard being built. **Nice-to-Haves.** * Experience with **data dashboards** or **complex tables** (TanStack Table, AG Grid, or similar); * Basic knowledge of **web accessibility (WCAG)**; * Experience with **B2B products** serving multiple user profiles. **Additional Information.** * Work model: **100% in-person**; * Location: **Avenida Paulista – São Paulo/SP**; * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM**. **What We Offer.** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Amil Health and Dental Insurance; * Propay – Well-being and Health Program; * Life Insurance. **Join us in building the financial infrastructure that powers Brazil.** Join BMP!
